Key Responsibilities

Manage basic data reporting requests under the direction of other HRIS team members

Serve as the Sharepoint Administrator for HR team, including maintaining site permissions, managing Sharepoint lists and optimizing the team’s use of Sharepoint for document management

Provide support across the HRIS team for processes that are currently managed manually including:

Maintaining systems security roles and approval permissions

Tracking of non-contract headcount and approved changes to non-contract positions

Making adjustments to vacation and sick leave balances because of contractual or regional variances in accrual rules

Making adjustments and corrections to seniority dates and eligibility calculations that affect pay, leave and benefits

Partner with and support other HRIS team members to systematically replace manual processes with automated processes or more efficient and reliable manual solutions

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

3 year’s work experience including 1 year as an analyst or in data intensive role

Superior skills in Microsoft Excel

Excellent attention to detail

Strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Prior work experience in the airline industry

Experience working with Ultimate software

Experience with databases and data reporting tools

Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint lists and document management functionality

Hawaiian Airlines was incorporated on January 30, 1929 under the name Inter-Island Airways Ltd.
