Fiserv invites you to join us in building on those principles to lead our clients and our company to success. We are seeking an Analyst, Supplier Performance Management in our Alpharetta office.  The Supplier Performance Management Analyst should be self-motivated, autonomous, and intellectually curious.  The SPM Analyst drives supplier relationship improvement through data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and project support.  The Analyst is responsible for maintaining effective client relationship management by relating to and gaining confidence of key internal stakeholders. Responsibilities also include running supplier scorecards and working with management to develop, maintain, and continuously improve the supplier performance rating system.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The SPM Analyst drives supplier relationship improvement through data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and project support.Maintain effective internal client relationship management.Run supplier scorecards and work with management to develop, maintain, and continuously improve the supplier performance rating system.About our Business: The Enterprise Sourcing Services (ESS) team partners with associates across Fiserv to support the purchase of goods and services from third party suppliers.  Reporting Relationships: Reports To:  Manager and Supplier Performance ManagementEssential Job Responsibilities:  The SPM Analyst drives supplier relationship improvement through data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and project support.Maintain effective internal client relationship management.Run supplier scorecards and work with management to develop, maintain, and continuously improve the supplier performance rating system.Required Qualifications: SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of business software including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as a team member. Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships throughout the organization.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelors Degree.0-3 years experience in supply chain or project management.
