J.P. Morgan is seeking a CIB (Corporate Investment\u00a0Banking)\u00a0Marketing and Communications Analyst to support social media. This position is based in New York.

The CIB Marketing and Communications Analyst will support the social media team to design visual content, write social media posts, manage editorial calendars, monitor firm-owned social media channels, escalate reputational issues, and report on social media analytics. Seeking a highly creative communicator with sound judgment, skilled in graphic design and editing skills, experienced writing short form content who consistently follows emerging technology trends, and has a passion for social media.

This candidate has experience in campaign building, paid media, and agency management.

Responsibilities:
\u2022\u00a0Design, edit and produce visual content for social media channels
\u2022\u00a0Manage and draft editorial content calendars for social media campaigns
\u2022\u00a0Write copy in brand voice across platforms
\u2022\u00a0Support the J.P. Morgan\u00a0 team in community management across platforms
\u2022\u00a0Advise stakeholders on best practices and campaign/content optimization
\u2022\u00a0Advise on paid media recommendations based on client needs/goals
\u2022\u00a0Monitor brand mentions, escalating reputational issues as necessary
\u2022\u00a0Collaborate with legal, compliance, and controls to mitigate risk and ensure proper governance
\u2022\u00a0Understand social media metrics in order to track results and provide recommendations
\u2022\u00a0Effectively communicate on project timeline, status and results
\u2022\u00a0Brainstorm and execute innovative new social strategies, test new strategies, and expand social media opportunities
\u00a0

Qualifications:
\u00a0
\u2022\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree
\u2022\u00a02-4 years\u2019 experience

Skills:
\u00a0
\u2022\u00a0Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (comfortable making graphics, charts, gifs primarily in Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects is a plus)
\u2022\u00a0Experience managing brand social media content
\u2022\u00a0Experience managing editorial calendars across social media channels
\u2022\u00a0Experience with social media monitoring and management tools for social listening, publishing, and reporting. (i.e. Sprinklr, Spredfast, Radian6, Hootsuite, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
\u2022\u00a0Experience managing paid social media campaigns desired
\u2022\u00a0Passion for social media, PR and digital marketing
\u2022\u00a0Confidence to pitch fresh ideas, think creatively, and identify and solve problems
\u2022\u00a0Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
\u2022\u00a0Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
\u2022\u00a0Team player with enthusiastic attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Eager to learn, contribute, and make an impact.
\u2022\u00a0Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
\u2022\u00a0Agency experience a plus
\u2022\u00a0Video production experience a plus
\u2022\u00a0Financial Services background/experience a plus
