This position will oversee all social media content, programs, campaigns, influencer operations, and both the owned social/influencer budgets, and the overall content strategy roadmap.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop and lead all social content campaigns including strategizing, development of content, posting, and partner with guest relations team on community management.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop stellar social-first content, including imagery, graphics and copy, working closely with the Brand \u0026amp; Creative teams.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork closely with our creative team and agencies to develop, execute and maintain exciting and on-trend social media content that will help grow our brand across all of our social channels and target audiences\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain a social media calendar that supports primary brand stories and goals while also tapping into seasonal themes, cultural happenings and applicable trends.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBe an expert in Outback\u0026rsquo;s menu, audience, and community - the go-to voice on how this translates to all things social\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eServe as editor-in-chief for all partnered content to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePartner with social platforms to identify new opportunities and develop innovative activations\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eIncrease our social media reach and engagement with existing audiences and develop strategies to identify and capture new audiences\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist with social media reporting through native social media pages and social media management tools\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStay on top of trending topics and popular culture to keep our content fresh and compelling, and our brand top of mind with audiences.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist national marketing team with projects as needed\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBachelor\u0026rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, preferred\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAt least 2-4 years of prior Social Media Manager experience, preferably at an enterprise-level organization\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePossess genuine interest and enthusiasm to contribute to a community of people who love Outback Steakhouse\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEngaging communicator with the confidence to interact at all business levels across the organization, and who can easily translate specialized concepts for any internal audience.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eKeen attention to detail and a knack for optimizing and developing creative solutions\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExcellent skills in copywriting, perfect English written skills, both in grammar and in style, experience writing compelling and creative social media captions and other digital/social image copy\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience writing, editing, and crafting engaging content in the social media space using brand voice and following established guidelines\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience with and knowledge and understanding of all social platforms\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience with social budget management\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to monitor and respond to social channels in the evening and weekend hours for up to 1 week per month\u003c/li\u003e
