What Youll Do

As the Social Media Manager for Service Provider:

- You will own the overall Service Provider social media strategy

- You will have responsibility of plan development, advisor/consult, report, blog management, social content optimization and programs support

- You will be responsible for determining paid social strategy, coordinating paid social placement with the media manager

- You will own channel management for announcements, global events, region or country-led activities, and any other one-off activities

- You will be responsible for day-to-day content scheduling, tagging and posting

- You will be responsible for influencer marketing audience identification, nurturing and strategy support

- You will be responsible of Cisco Communities/Virtual Launch Experience and advocacy activation

- You will liaise with global digital and social team

- You will liase with the Service Provider social listening and optimization manager

- You will provide on-site social global event support

- You will create briefs for content harvesting form existing library aligned to planned executions

- You will have budget responsibility (building the initial budget, SOW, deliver on time and on budget) for scale da-to-day execution volumes, harvesting existing content or 3rd party content

Who You Are

Do you have a Bachelors degree in digital media, business, communications, journalism, marketing, data science, or relevant/related field?

Do you have social media management experience in complex organization (minimum 5 years, best 8)?

Do you offer experience in the Service Provider customer segment and audience?

Do you know how to navigate complex organization and facilitate multiple stakeholders?

Do you have shown experience with integrated social campaigns across multiple devices (mobile-first) and media channels?

You are experienced in working with various digital marketing tools in particular Sprinklr, LinkedIn, BlueKai and in general Eloqua, Google AdWords, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Test & Target, Tealium, DoubleClick (DCM), DBM, Google Analytics and Omniture.

You offer ability to optimize and analyze performance across multiple social media channels.

You have developed successful full-funnel, social media B2B campaigns, including strategy and execution.

You can build and make the most of relationships with vendors, partners and colleagues.

You can think analytically and use sound judgment to make decisions and solve problems.
