Information Technology Support for a Windows and Office 365 environment. Supporting both internal business and technology clients.
Preferred Experience Profile.
Strong knowledgeable with Window 7/10 and Office 2010/2016/Office 365
Desktop Support duties, must have excellent customer service skills.
The ability to work side-by-side with developers and IT administrators.
Generate working documentation for the team as well as HOW TO's for clients.
Project minded individual that is able to be self-managed and be part of a large/multi location team.
Assist administration teams with troubleshooting network issues and testing of system related issues. Scripting knowledge is a PLUS in this role but not required.
Very strong Technical skills in all Microsoft applications: OS/Office.
Additional knowledge with the following Applications:Tanium, Avecto, Powershell, Active Directory, Service Center, SCCM/Windows patching, Antivirus Software. Experience with Mac and
