**Role Summary:**

To provide outstanding customer service to our customers, distributors and subsidiaries. Ensuring compliance at all times, The Customer Operations Specialist work as the primary contact between the customer and GEHC Service Support. Act as the face of GE Healthcare to our highly valued customers.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

Provide an excellent service for end customers; distributers & subsidiaries, as applicable.

Coordinate between Field Engineers schedule and customers requirements.

Work collaboratively with other GE departments for dispute resolution.

Establish close relationships with customers and commercial partners to gain their trust.

Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Develop solid product knowledge and a strong understanding of the Supply Chain.

Work as part of a team, with a flexible & proactive approach to increase and maintain the quality of service.

Build effective relationships with other departments to understand impact to customers and service levels.

Provide knowledge and accurate information to customers.

Raise quotations for customers and distributors as requested and in line with Company Policy, as applicable.

Place spare parts orders as requested by Field team and after getting Technical teams approvals, following clearance process, and ensure site delivery for the spare parts in the shortest time.

Follow up on defective spare parts return from customer side to local warehouse.

Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarders.

Responsible for timely, accurate and complete orders record keeping.

Working cross-functionally with sourcing, operations, supply chain and finance to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful changes.


1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

**Desired Characteristics:**

1. Proven experience in customer service normally including at least 2 years of prior experience in customer service.

2. Proven experience in logistics, or supply chain management including at least 2 years of work experience in logistics; OR a High School diploma.

3. Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.

4. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment

5. Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.

6. Competent with Excel and Word

7. Ability to manage self and tasks a proactive manner

8. Excellent organizational and administrative skills

9. Attention to detail.

10. A calm and analytical approach to problem solving.

11. Ability to communicate using local language and additional languages if role requires.

12. Bachelor Degree or higher certificate.

13. Experience with managing multiple projects.

14. Ability to work in a cross-functional cross-country team environment.

15. Willingness to work as part of a team, and drive/progress individual projects.

16. Fluency in English.

17. Ability to energize, develop and influence at all levels within an organization

18. Creates energy to deliver company goals through creation and comprehensive communication of practical hands-on operational plans and strategies

19. Proven growth leadership skills demonstrating clear perspective and understand factors impacting GEHC businesses and our suppliers.

20. Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different countries and cultures.
