The Senior, Domestic Tax Compliance will support all activities related to domestic income tax compliance.

The Senior Analyst, Domestic Tax will report to the Director, Tax Compliance and will be a part of the Domestic Income Tax team.



Support the domestic income tax compliance function including the preparation of annual federal, state and city income tax returns

Assist with quarterly federal and state estimated tax computations and preparation of estimated tax payments and tax return extension requests

Prepare permanent and temporary book/tax differences supporting federal taxable income and federal/state adjustments for state taxable income

Assist with preparation of state apportionment schedules

Partner with the Tax Accounting group with year-end tax provision process

Support tax planning and corporate initiatives

Participate in implementation of new technologies within the tax function','!*!KEY EXPERIENCES

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with CPA and Master’s degree preferred

Minimum 3 - 5 years of federal and state income tax compliance experience in public accounting and/or a corporate tax department, technical knowledge in SALT preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively within the tax department

Ability to work with Excel and various tax software tools to create efficiencies, knowledge in CorpTax a plus

Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple assignments
