Senior Quality Manager - Partner and International Beverage Quality','Quality Assurance/Control','USA-Vermont-Waterbury','Product Supply','full-time','!*!The Senior Quality Manager leads and manages partner and the

International beverage quality team to drive compliance to Partner and Licensee

manufacturing quality and food safety requirements. This role is responsible for

ensuring alignment of Partner

requirements to Keurig Green Mountain food safety and quality management systems.

Additionally the Senior Quality Manager is responsible for managing compliance

to country specific quality, food safety and regulatory requirements. This individual

represents the quality function on the partner business relationships and leads

a team of quality professionals. What you will do:

Act

as the principal Quality advocate for the relationship with partners’ Quality

point of contact. Responsible

for building and maintaining strong working relationships with Partners and

Licensee.Collaborate

with Multi-Site quality teams to ensure compliance with internal and external

requirements, and to continuously improve Keurig capabilities to ensure product

quality. Work

with partners and licensees to meet expectations, specifications and reporting

requirements. Host

customer and licensor 2nd party audits of the Keurig manufacturing

facilities and work with plant quality assurance teams to prepare for, receive

and direct the appropriate response to these audits.Champion

the education and training of personnel on partner and licensor quality

practices and standards. Manage

customer complaint issue resolution for partners. Ensure customer complaints

are shared with sites and robust investigations are conducted and results

reported out in a timely manner. Effectively

communicate across the organization to ensure the Partner Quality Organization

is meeting the goals and objectives of partners and Licensees.Flawless

execution of partner product launches as it

relates to quality and commercialization efficiency.Execution on initiatives following CQV

process (including NPD initiatives) that impact partner products. Collaborate with

R&D, Purchasing, Supply Quality and Site Quality to support new product,

new materials, and new supplier qualifications. Follow all policies,

ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by Keurig and the

department.

','!*!What you must have:

Four-year

college degree in engineering, food science/technology with 10 years of progressive

quality management experience. Senior leadership in a complex multi-site food

manufacturing environment. Master’s degree preferred.Excellent

written and verbal communication and presentation skills across a broad variety

of departments and external stakeholders globally.Hands-on

knowledge of statistical process control, design of experiments, TQM, Six Sigma

etc. Experience with

introducing new products, materials, and processes.  Demonstrated

management and training experience of quality professionals, managing

cross-functional teams and process documentation development. Working with

international customers/partners a plus.Working

knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. Experience with

HACCP, SQF, FSSC 22000,  or equivalent GFSI

accepted food safety standard.Ability to

handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with

self-motivation and focused attention to detail.Must be able to

travel and work in a team environment.
