Req ID: 51188BR Aetna is hiring Senior Project Lead for the Reporting and Analytics Team for our Medicaid Business. Oversees key health plan initiatives related to reporting and process improvement. Responsible for managing multiple projects and ensuring day-to-day project activities runs smoothly. Fundamental Components: (*) Oversees the analysis, planning, design and development being performed by health plan technology and reporting teams to support accurate maintenance of applications and reporting to support the business. (*) Works with advisers from key functional areas within the plan to understand potential project impact on the organization, align project work, and execute activities accordingly. (*) Responsible for managing the technical components of regulatory deliverables including business requirements, tracking business owner approval, and submission to Compliance. (*) Oversees health plan file exchange activities including tracking SQL database loads for critical files and business requirements for new or changing file exchange activities. (*) Assists with development activities for health plan standard reports including ad hoc SQL analysis and building on demand reports through SQL Server Reporting Services. BACKGROUND\/EXPERIENCE desired: (*) 5 years of project\/program\/process management experience. (*) 5 years of data interpretation and analysis experience. (*) 3 years of SQL server experience (*) Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. (*) SQL Server Reporting Services experience preferred. EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
