Job Overview

QCT Program Management is searching for a Senior Program Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Manage Multi SIM system, concurrent RAT system, Protocol system program

Develop and maintain resource plans and identifies resource gaps and makes plans for mitigating them to achieve QCT division business objectives.

Manage a modem releases/programs and brings consistency across portfolio.

Establish stable plans of record and roadmaps for development projects.

Manage risks, develops mitigation strategies and communicates impacts.

Drive and maintain schedules and plans for execution of development plans of record for a fast paced innovative environment.

Coordinate and partner across all relevant engineering, program management, product management and marketing groups to ensure approved features are integrated, tested, and launched successfully.

Identify organizational and process weaknesses and develops and champions plans for improvements.

Manage modem, bring up and Systems performance optimizations activities.

Multi-task with and understand, guide, and facilitate a variety of disciplines, such as ASIC hardware design, test, product support, marketing, finance, and other business functions.

Demonstrate executive and customer level presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills, and the ability to mentor, motivate, and lead project teams.

Minimum Qualifications

5 years in the following areas required:

Experience as a Program Manager within modem engineering, embedded software or firmware

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Qualcomm product lines and technology

Familiarity with engineering processes including requirements engineering, configuration management, change management, quality management, test strategies and techniques, and process, project, and product metrics

Education Requirements

Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering
