Responsibilities:Digital Media Partner with Sr. Director of Global Media to develop innovative, cut-through digital promotions that align with the over-arching Commercial Plan, drive traffic and increase average spend while stealing share from competitionLead execution of all strategies in collaboration with agency. Lead briefing, development and accurate/timely deployment of assets. Manage agency relationshipMonitor competition, research new efforts and propose potential ideas that could help inform our strategiesStrive for omni-channel alignmentManage, review, recap and hindsight for the digital media functionLead relationship with central DGM team. Establish joint objectives and strategies. Support execution, test, optimize, hindsight Marketing Communications Leads marketing photoshoots for the brand Works closely with Product Manager & Visual to understand all Big Ideas and Secondary stories as well as how/when each story would be messaged (i.e., big ideas deck)Outlines requirements for primary and secondary shoots after gathering all in-store as well as digital needs. Develops and receives final approvals on shot listsPartners with Styling on shot list requirementsCo-leads planning of shoot in partnership with creative as well as site production. Leads all non-creative aspects of the shoot on site including. Manages photo shoot agency as well as internal studio for secondary shoot Lead briefing of all Promotional messages  (from emails to in-store) to creative team. Ensure product stories are consistently messaged to customers throughout all marketing channels - digital (Email, Site) as well as in-stores as applicable. Partner with functional owners (email, social, visual) to ensure briefs support over-arching strategy and functional objectivesAttend status & project review meetings to ensure progress and on-time execution of all owned messages and materials Attend and represent Promotions on all relevant look reviews, photo shoots, walkthroughs, image selection meetings, etc.Ensure Promotional Stories are appropriately and consistently told in all internal and external outreach vehicles like Digital Media, Partnership (if any), Associate Communication, etc.Attend and actively participate in all digital project reviewsPartner closely with Channel President, Merchandising, IM and Sr. Director to plan for all peak and non-peak promotions to drive traffic and conversion to stores as well as online Serve as Commercial Planning Lead for BRFS (all functions) and right-hand to Sr. DirectorDrive the promotional pipeline for the brand, preparing relevant plans/documents for all seasonal touch points (in partnership with Sr. Director) and leading discussions with LT to gain alignment on promotional cadenceLead weekly Gameplan meetings, developing clear agenda, managing discussions, driving for alignment. Ensures all plans are finalized within pipeline timingAttend Product Adoption as well as post-adoption working sessions to create the first pass of the OMNI commercial planPartner with GO/GFOL on any/all on collaboration areas as it pertains to promotions (whether messaging on site, commercial events, or new functionalities, etc.) Support briefing of Seasonal Omni-channel creative concept in partnership with Sr. Marketing Manager, Product. Provide guidance and approval throughout the creative development process Lead OMNI promotions for BRFS. Lead Gameplan and Ops Committee meetingsPromotions Manager will be responsible for all Category Promotions, Peaks, External Code-driven promotions, etc. Exceptions and/or 'gray areas' to be aligned on with Sr. DirectorInject innovation in the promotional calendar seasonally. Propose new promotional ideas that support the seasonal objectives and amplify our seasonal messages. Test, monitor, learn and incorporate learnings into new promotions as quickly as possiblePartner with Site Production and Manager, Customer Contact to ensure flawless execution of promotional efforts in emails, digital channels, SMS, Social as well as on sitePartner with Store Operations to ensure flawless execution of promotional efforts in stores. Co-develop appropriate associate communication. Ensure stores are prepared to execute strategy flawlesslyPartner with Visual and Product to understand how big ideas are going to play together with promotions/value messages in stores. Note; promotions is responsible for briefing all promotional signage for stores. E.g. - Price point signage, toppers, etc. Some overheads.Manages all promotional line items of Gameplan calendarPartner with Product to manage budget, ensuring any product-driven efforts are well budgeted for and on budgetManages in-store permanent and/or seasonal marketing materials; any/all signage re-designs, deployment, discard lists, 'database' list of permanent signage, etc. Support efforts to improve in-store marketing in partnership with Visual Oversee, coach and provide direction to contractor Qualifications: • 7 years of general/marketing experience • 3 years of digital media experience required KEY BENEFITS:Merchandise discount for our brands: 50% off regular-priced merchandise at Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy, 30% off at Outlet and 25% off at Athleta.
