This group manages central outsourced support functions including eSourcing, Contracts Management and Commercial Contract Compliance as well as special projects including those to facilitate regulatory inquiries/requirements.','!*!SOSS is looking for a business analyst to support SOSS functional leads in, but not limited to:-Further develop and validate Key Performance Indicators and other performance metrics by partnering with reporting team on data requirements and executing various aspects of data analysis; present findings-Assist with special projects, including regulatory projects, by gathering and interpreting business requirements, partnering with technology, SOSS and other leaders to execute such requirements -Liaise with various members of the organization, across various levels to fully understand end to end operations and optimize efficiencies (process/systemic) where appropriate-Liaise with various SOSS leaders in an effort to manage system requirements gathering, quality assurance via system testing and partner with the PMO on change management efforts including training-Manage data and process integrity, via but not limited to Health Check reporting, by following up and partnering with sourcing managers and SOSS leaders who require assistance in ensuring integrity of their respective pipelines-Work closely with head of SOSS in understanding the organizations policies/objectives and work towards assisting in targeted goals','Senior Manager - Sourcing Operations & Shared Services
