Our rapid growth strategy means plenty of opportunities to step into the spotlight.   Position Description Job SUMMARY: This role is responsible for the management, integrity and maintenance of Financial Operations master data and alignment with Contract Management systems, ERP system and data warehouse. Support ongoing data quality initiatives for the organization. Candidate will work with Financial Operations, Revenue Accounting, Commercial Finance, Contract Management, Legal and IT to update classifications and designations of organizations and affiliations. This includes data entry, updates, research and records reconciliation. Candidates must possess a determined attitude towards ensuring data accuracy with strong attention to detail and a hard work ethic. The ideal candidate is a team oriented person with a goal driven attitude. Responsible for master data utilized by the Financial Operations Department including products and prices, competitive market data, customer data and SAP data

Responsible for data reconciliations including:

Model N Flex and SAP including: Direct Sales interface, Government Pricing Module, and External Data

Orion (Returns Forecasting Module)

GP Scrub Research and Resolution

Model N Flex Domain Maintenance

Collaboration with IT on interface enhancements

MARS and SAP and Model N Flex (Microsoft PowerBI Analytical Data Repository)

Represents Financial Operations in cross-business definition of enterprise data standards, rules, hierarchy and metrics

Develops and monitors KPIs for evaluating accuracy and completeness of customer and product data

Responsible for Model N Validata Configuration and Governance

Coordination and management of ad-hoc Information Requests from Legal, Audit, Regulatory and internal

Reporting to include monitoring, analyzing and reporting key performance indicators associated with operational activities within the department including but not limited to transactional volumes, price concessions, processing metrics, and savings resulting from validation efforts Financial Operations SOX Compliance Lead

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Access and Excel

Proficient in SQL

Knowledge of Managed Care and federal marketplace

Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills

Must have the ability to think through, and solve, complex problems;

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast paced environment

Excel in handling multiple tasks and deadlines

Strong emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy of work

Self starter; self motivated, able to work well alone as well as part of a team

Familiarity within the areas of Contract Operations, Credit/Chargebacks, and Government Pricing


5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry with subject matter expertise in Managed Care Rebates, Chargebacks, Government Pricing

Proficient in Model N Flex or related contract systems

Direct related experience

Knowledge of SAP and Model N Flex


Bachelor’s degree required; masters preferred
