The Sr. Manager of Clinical Development for Legacy naviHealth products provides direction and management of training for clinical staff.   This position is also responsible for working with field clinical managers to develop and staff all Preceptor, Mentor, and Clinical Coach needs.  Training will be delivered in a variety of mediums including but not limited to:  electronic, in person, and remote.  The Sr. Manager of Clinical Development functions as a liaison between Clinical Education and the clinical users in the field and is responsible to stay up to date on all product enhancements, modifications and work instructions associated with all nH decision support technology.  This Sr. Manager functions with a high degree of autonomy.   What you will be accountable for.Designs, develops, facilitates, and delivers clinical and corporate training programs across multiple users and locations, for both new and existing staff.Evaluates effectiveness of training programs for new and existing colleagues.Manages all Preceptor, Mentor, and Clinical Coach processes and staff (dotted/matrix relationship).Provides pre- and post-training support to participants as needed.Functions independently and autonomously in executing a wide variety of training initiatives. Conducts needs assessments to identify system and work flow training needs.  Effectively functions in a Matrix reporting model - Interfaces and collaborates with leaders and colleagues across the EnterpriseUtilizes creative and adaptive teaching techniques to accommodate adult learning needs.What you will need to be successfulA Bachelor's Degree, Master’s preferred, in Nursing, Physical Therapy or other related Health Care Field.7 years' experience in an acute care, post-acute care and/or managed care or social services environment, at least two years’ recent experience in training development/delivery, and at least two years’ experience in people management.naviHealth business acumen and/or recognition as a nH Subject Matter Expert preferredWorking knowledge of current training development and delivery mediums and technologiesExcellent communication, presentation, written and technical skills requiredAbility to independently plan, organize and prioritize workStrong process and people management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to effectively engage with all levels of the client organizationLimited overnight travel may be requiredAbout UsnaviHealth is a pioneer in post-acute care and care transitions with a combined unprecedented 18 years of experience that uniquely positions us to manage patients, improve clinical and financial outcomes, and share risk with payors and providers.  As a Cardinal Health company, we provide clinical support alongside scalable technology and advisory solutions that empower health systems, health plans, and post-acute providers to navigate care episodes across the continuum, with the goal of reducing waste and improving patient outcomesnaviHealth ValuesWe care about the people we serve.We care about each other.We care about our communities.We embrace innovation.We like simple.naviHealth is proud to be an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
