JOB SUMMARY

The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is home to the Human Resources Service Center providing varied system support to our employees and internal stakeholders. Join us as a Senior HR Project Manager.

Here's what you'll do:

*Manage projects and initiatives or serve on project teams focusing on HR system upgrades, conversions, enhancements, etc.; frequently interface with subject matter experts (SME), users, and management to ensure quality, timeliness, and testing of all project work. *Collaborate with IT counterpart to prepare project work estimates, resource plans and project plans. *Performs in a leadership role as a member of the project organization and governance team while being responsible for delivering project metrics and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). *Manage and monitor project risks and issues while effectively communicating to project team, IT leadership and business stakeholders. *Facilitate integration, user acceptance and regression testing through the development, documentation and execution of test cases and test scripts. *Seek and champion opportunities for waste reduction and continuous improvement for HR processes including but not limited to SAP data and transaction entry, reporting and security administration. *Provide support for Human Resources and Payroll Systems by researching, troubleshooting, and resolving issues, unexpected results, or process flaws; work closely with suppliers and system experts to maintain system functionality and accuracy Design, develop, and monitor of common and standard HR business processes.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or equivalent field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of technology and business process experience, ideally in the HR field including those items mentioned below:

*Demonstrated experience working with HR/Payroll information management systems (Ceridian Dayforce SAP: HCM, Fieldglass, and, Successfactors) *Project management experience required; including use of formal project management methodology, leading HR technology project teams during a system implementation: Experience consulting with users/SMEs to define, gather, and document functional business requirements including process flows and system process documentation across multiple applications *Experience in documenting system errors, change requests, processes, and expected results and maintaining applicable metrics to develop key performance indicators (KPI)
