Coordinate and direct annual financial budget for facility
Coordinate and direct monthly financial forecasting for facility
Assist in understanding facility project cash flows and business case valuations
Analyze monthly financial results vs. forecast and vs. budget and vs. prior year
Assist in managing projects, total revenues, costs, margins, risks, opportunities, and contingencies (Prototype)
Assist in managing projects, costs, risks, opportunities, and contingencies (PTL)

Manage and analyze facility cost structure

For the annual budget and for quarterly reviews
By Project, test and study

Manage and analyze facility labor costs

For the annual budget and for quarterly reviews
Fully Loaded Labor Cost (FLLC) tracking of each discipline

Review spending and assist in project financial management

Support quarterly divisional reporting for:

SOX
Asset tracking and utilization
Inventory integrity

Support Business Unit Controller with ad hoc financial reports, internal and external audit requirements, and other special projects
Assist divisional management teams with capital planning, including calculating and evaluating financial returns on all capital expenditure proposals.

Work with divisional and corporate finance/business units on a number of initiatives including:

Providing cost information for innovation and cost reduction projects
Identifying cost/performance improvement opportunities
Leadership of divisional or companywide initiatives
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the plants accounting systems and records, as well as strict compliance to all company policies, procedures and controls.
Develop necessary ERP system proficiency for both finance and other plant functions (Hyperion, Plex and Oracle Systems experience preferred).

Leverage systems capability to enhance data access, analytical information and management reporting
Key focus areas include materials cost and usage management, labor cost and utilization, asset utilization, overhead expenditure control, and inventory control
Tracing of ED&D funds and timing
Daily checkbook
Daily requisition approval
Assist in AP issues
Provide managers with analytical support
Position Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
3  years Industry Experience
CPA preferred
Cost accounting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong work ethic and results driven
Detail Oriented
Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent working knowledge of Hyperion
