The Senior Financial Analyst - Reporting Administrator position is a critical component of the Company's SAP Support Group. This position is responsible for all aspects of administering the SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) application to support the worldwide Finance organization and all of its customers and stakeholders. The BPC application is the primary reporting tool used to close the HDI and HDMC books on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis, and is the application used to create the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for HDMC and HDI.

This is what you'll do:

*Execute the actual data load process from BW to the BPC data base, maintain dimension structures & security, support from a technical standpoint all of the Corporate FP&A planning cycles, Finance CI initiatives & SAP implementations, provide end user training, and plan, develop & execute critical BPC enhancements. *Provide Financial Systems Support by supporting the business with the functionality that is live. *Provide guidance as to BPC capabilities when improvements to processes are requested. *Provide support for problem solving incidents or system related issues along with investigating and testing solutions. *Work constructively with GIS to implement approved changes. *Assist in design, test and implementation of business process improvements. *Monitor and analyze business processes in order to optimize the use of BPC. *Support major SAP go lives and upgrade projects. *Serve as primary training contact for the BPC application in finance. *Ensure that BPC documentation is updated and current. *Develop training materials that support major system changes or additions.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related degree relevant to this position is preferred; CPA or MBA a plus

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

*A minimum of three (3) years of progressive and diverse experience in Finance or Accounting *Prior experience with BPC administration a plus but not required *Demonstrated financial analysis skills and multi-dimensional data base knowledge *Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams at multiple locations *A working knowledge of SAP s required *Proficiency with office productivity tools (spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software)
