JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Serve as a strategic consultant to senior management to enable them to align human capital in order to meet the operational needs within their spans of control.

* Assist senior management in setting direction and problem resolution by providing input from a human capital perspective, which can involve creatively analyzing alternatives, understanding risk and evaluating appropriately.

* Coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through staff while aligning with corporate direction.

* Responsible for the effective development and implementation of management development and learning across the organization.

* Advise the upper management in establishing and identifying strategic priorities.

* Regularly review staff development needs and consult with upper management to ensure necessary updates.

* Administer HRP process and assists HRP participants in the formulation of development plans for promotable and plans for actions for concerns.

* Ensure that training is provided in the area of HR Management and Leadership to achieve appropriate performance standards.

* Responsible for hiring, coaching and mentoring of subordinate staff.

* Ensures project deadlines and performance standards are established and met in the areas of Employee Relations, Training, Recruiting, and all administrative HR areas.

OTHER DUTIES

* Performs other duties as required.

* Responsible for hiring, terminating, and performance evaluations of subordinate staff

Minimum Required Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

* Bachelor's Degree required

* At least ten years of related experience is required

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

* N/A

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

* Strong Call Center Employee Relations experience.

* Solid understanding of Call Center Recruitment practices.

* Solid understanding of Call Center Operation practices.

* Experience working with global call centers a plus.

* Ability to travel as needed (up to 40-60% of the time)

* Solid working knowledge and experience in all HR functional areas of Staffing, Compensation and Employee Relations.

* Solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws.

* Strong consultative, interpersonal, communication, influencing and presentation skills.

* Ability to exercise sound judgment in a complex environment.

* Strong writing, presentation skills and analytical skills.

* Must have a collaborative, innovative & pragmatic approach.

* Ability to partner with senior and executive leadership.

* Demonstrates a solid business, legal and risk management acumen.

* Strong investigation and negotiation skill set.

* Must exemplify professional and ethical leader that can also build trust.

* Operate with integrity, ability to take initiative and personal drive.

* Ability to interface with regulatory agencies in a professional and discretionary manner

* Strong aptitude to understand operational workflows and call center operations.

Computer Skills

* All Microsoft Office applications at and intermediate level or higher.

* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ADP EV5, eTime and Learning Management systems.

Language Skills

* English (reading, writing, verbal)

Mathematical Skills

* Strong level of mathematical proficiency, with the ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data and budget management.

Other Skills

* Call Center Operational Experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

* Master's Degree desired

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

* Professional-level certifications in Human Resources such as Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM -Certified Professional (CP).
