TitleSenior Director, Channel Innovation and Program DeliveryNo. of Positions1Position SummaryCVS Health is a Fortune 7 company embarking on a journey of evolving its existing ExtraCare program into a world-class personalization and loyalty program.  This is a top initiative within the company and we have a team dedicated to recruiting the best talent in the world to help propel us to this goal. The company has already invested in state-of-the-art technology and scaling of our loyalty program, now we are focused on optimizing our customer contact strategy.  We are looking for the best and brightest to join our team and help deliver on this initiative.    As a key leader of the Marketing team, the Senior Director of Channel Innovation and Program Delivery will create channel centers of excellence and oversee the production and delivery of targeted marketing programs that drive engagement and sales for over 70 million ExtraCare members.  This individual will have the opportunity to define and continually innovate best-in-class delivery capabilities across a variety of channels (i.e., email, direct mail, digital/mobile, at-the-register, etc.) to bring new, sales-driving ExtraCare innovations to life.  The ideal candidate will have experience planning and executing sales-driving marketing programs (email and direct mail campaigns a plus), leading teams and partnering with diverse cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Development, Analytics, IT, Creative and outside email and direct mail vendor.   Responsibilities *Develop both short and long term strategy and implementation plan to support continuous innovation of ExtraCare targeted delivery channel capabilities through understanding of customer engagement metrics, customer feedback, financial metrics, key performance indicators, and emerging market and industry trends *Lead a team of 20 and oversee the end-to-end marketing campaign production processes across all channels, ensuring communication delivery to the right customer in the right channel at the right time.  Work across people, process, and systems to deliver continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies.  Measure performance against deadlines, expected results, and best-in-class benchmarks   *Ensure that marketing deliverables, including creative, supports the campaign/program marketing strategies and ultimately drives customer understanding of and engagement with ExtraCare   *Set business requirements, select suppliers and manage overall business relationships with key supplier partners supporting the production processes (e.g., email service providers, direct mail printers, etc.)   *Manage expense budgets and external agency costs Req ID737171BRSourcing RequisitionNoStateRIBusiness AreaCVS Health Location - State/CityRI - WoonsocketJob CategoryManagement, MarketingCityWoonsocketPreferred Qualifications * E-Commerce experience * Experience with personalized loyalty communications.
