In this role, you will enhance the customer experience through the enablement of commercial operations and process integration that synchronizes a selected 3 to 5 top MITG Strategic Partner and Channels (SPC) organization IDNs including intermediaries and the IDN Service Centers (IDNSC) over the first 12 months of implementation. You will support the IDN’s Supply Chain and Contracts Stakeholders in partnership with the SPC Key Account Directors (KAD) team. This role will provide Partnership Breakthrough like results providing a dedicated resource to the KAD and IDN on behalf of MITG Commercial Operations, Sales Enablement to simplify the commercial contracting process for our largest and most strategic MITG IDN customers. This role will improve the IDN’s experience related to “Ease of Doing Business” with MITG related to Contract Pricing Accuracy and governance of Membership Affiliations Data to further enhance the MITG price execution.

A Day in the Life:

•As the IDN OX Relationship Senior Manager, they will liaison and interface with ERP Information Services and NASSC including IDNSC Operations Manage the entire IDN customer’s sale hierarchy, membership affiliation, and all aspects of the creation and governance related to the IDN MITG “Single Price Book”. This includes: managing and coordinating all facets of the department’s performance including interfacing with NASSC and IS to streamline the next generation contracting models needed to support IDN System-wide pricing and contract management.

•Responsible for establishing relationship management and operational reviews in partnership with the SPC KAD responsible for the IDN on all issues related to MITG Pricing and Contracting efficiency and accuracy. This would also include coordination with appropriate intermediaries like distribution partners to ensure coordination for governance.

•Continually work with SPC KAD, MITG Commercial Contracting/OD, and IS as needed to resolve specific group pricing issues that may arise

•Be responsible for the systems enhancement including development, testing, program debug resolution while continually ensuring the highest levels of pricing and customer data integrity

•Participate during the IDN’s acquisition and divestiture process to ensure governance of membership and coordinate the timing/impact to the MITG “Single Price Book”. Responsible for the process design and implement to managing the IDN’s membership, contracts, pricing, contract eligibility as well as program manage the RFI/RFP processes

•Lead and conduct operational analysis, and the creation/governance of needed business process to support IDN Customer’s Sales Hierarchy, membership affiliations and the creation/governance of “single” price books

•Intensive interaction with the following internal organizations: SPC KAD, IDN Supply Chain Operational Counterparts, MDT Credit, MITG Commercial Contracting/Offer Development, NASSC for Business Analysis, ECRS, Customer Data Integrity, Contract Administration, IDNSC Customer Service

Must Haves:

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration

•7 years management experience, subject matter expert (SME) for Membership Affiliations, Contract Management, Partner System and ERP System Interfaces, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or better

•Ability to travel up to 15%

•Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Access

•Skills/Competencies: Business writing skills, executive communication skills, program lead demonstrating engagement leadership skills of collaborates across matrix and innovation leadership skill of produces meaningful innovations

•Ability to engage with and influence senior Sales leadership

•Solid business acumen and judgment

•Sound analytical skills, ability to manipulate and interpret data

•Ability to work in fast paced environment with high attention to detail

•Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills
