Position will be filled in Phoenix, AZ - will require 9 to 12 months of in office training before Work at Home can be considered. Current Aetna employees in telework arrangement may be considered.

Works with internal customers to deliver reports and analysis. Supports team processes.

Fundamental Components:

Performs reporting and analysis to support internal business owners

Applies specific functional and/or business expertise to perform assigned tasks and develop specific project deliverables.

Perform business analysis to support business owner deliverables including internal analysis or outside regulatory reporting.

Works with the business owners to identify needs and outcomes for reporting.

Competent to work with minimal supervision in a technical capacity on most phases of report development.

Contributes to the review and QA of business reporting.


5 years Business Analyst experience.

Must possess sound knowledge of structured IT application development lifecycles and methodologies.

Ability to recognize complex problems vs. objectives and apply creativity to analyze situations, develop solutions and procedures.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
