 Under general direction, uses specialized knowledge and

skills obtained through education and experience, to support the organization’s

Leadership and Professional Development strategy.  Supports developing processes to support the

firm’s objectives in the areas of leadership development and professional

development, performance management, key talent/high-potential development,

change management, and team performance. 

Participates and provides leadership on small to mid-scale leadership

and professional developments projects with significant cross-functional

business exposure across the organization. Provides recommendations to drive

greater logistical efficiency and program effectiveness and escalate problems.

Contact with senior management, external clients, and vendors may be required

to identify, research and resolve issues.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Applies advanced skills and procedures

appropriate for the position within assigned functional area.Performs duties and tasks that reflect

substantial variety and complexity. 

Assists others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.Manage the planning, logistical support and

implementation of all Leadership and Professional Development education

programs.Administration of the Learning Management System,

including scheduling training events, up-loading courses, managing enrollment

and attendance.Reporting of leadership and professional

development participation and completions for individual lines of business and

the larger organization.Facilitation of existing company training

including Raymond James On-boarding session (RJ WOW).Schedules, reports, and tracks information for

department.Collects data for preparation of various reports,

budgets, and variance analyses.Assists with more complex research and

investigation.  May prepare analyses of

information.May assist in orienting and training lower level

employees.May assign and check the work of lower level

employees and/or be designated as “lead” worker.Performs other duties and responsibilities as

assigned.

virtual technology and understands the unique needs of a remote audience.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum

of five (5) years experience in customer service or an office environment.
