Show us your vision. Asthe Digital Planning Senior Analyst, you will be at the heart of the NorthAmerica Digital business and will support stakeholders in multiple functions tomake decisions that will drive performance, directly leading to theaccomplishment of annual goals.  Thefocus will be on insight delivery – this involves supporting strategic projectsas well as ad-hoc analysis that can be translated into immediate businessaction.  You will leverage the currentanalytics tools and data, conduct your own deep dive analysis and identifybusiness requirements for future analytical processes.  Collaboration with Planning, Merchandising,and Data Science Teams will be the key to your success to drive speed to marketdecisions.  Projects will includemarkdown optimization within key footwear franchises, impact of promotionalevents on the digital consumer and managing test and learn analytics to supportassortment decisions. Thisposition requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual with strongtechnical and analytical skills, high detail-orientation and excellent writtenand verbal communication.  Candidates with financial and/or businessanalytics experience in a retail environment preferred.  The right individual will be on top of retailtrends; understand the intricacies of a digital retail model and understand theopportunities that can drive the Nike brand.QualificationsREQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree).  Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on Retail business reporting and analytics required.  Moderate to Advanced Tableau and SQL skills required. Strong presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including results packaging and development of management presentations required.Affinity for business reporting, analysis, and working with large data setsProven ability to sift through data, identify critical information and trends, analyze, develop hypotheses, and make recommendations requiredStrong hands-on analytical skillset with attention to detail and curiosity requiredExperience working in fast-paced environment providing real-time analysisDemonstrated ability to use data to influence decision makingAbility to develop strong partnerships across a multi-layered organization required
