KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Legal and Compliance organization.


Provide administrative support to the Legal and Compliance team

Prepare client billings, time and expense reporting, coordinate travel, and arrange meetings

Compose and edit letters, memos, invoices, meeting minutes, and other documents

Coordinate action items from team meetings and assist with the creation of status updates on various team efforts

Perform research using internal and external resources

Provide backup support, as needed


Minimum of five years of administrative experience, preferably within a law firm, legal department, professional services firm or similar environment

High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with ability to encrypt and redact documents and convert PDF documents to Word

Intermediate to advanced skills in Workshare or other document comparison software

Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of management within the firm, governmental agencies and vendors

Detailed oriented and excellent follow-up skills
