Scrum Master - Digital Marketing-0818006 Business Unit Summary As a Digital IT Scrum Master you will collaborate with internal business leaders to develop and deliver technology solutions utilizing various IT capabilities. Scrum Masters provide Agile Project Management Activities including project scope, forecasting, risks, and interdependencies, as well as, collaboration with the various project resources and vendors to facilitate Agile adoption and principles throughout the project and development teams.Our Scrum Masters are passionate about Agile development (including Scrum and\/or Kanban frameworks), working with multiple teams concurrently, and taking ownership of project and team development and successes to achieve quality best-in-class results. A Day in the Life Responsible for facilitating\/ leading the full cycle of scrum activities for scrum team Forecast the number of deliverables possible in all iterations and deliver reliable and practicable plans for all software development projects Resolve all ambiguity for sprints and facilitate the team for better creativity Ensure compliance and coach teams to produce required SDLC and related governing documentation Facilitate efficient daily stand-ups of Product Owners and Development teams, composed of staff and\/ or external consultants, possibly located in multiple time zones Collaboratively work with all team and vendor project resources on projects of a complex or critical nature Collaboratively manage sponsor\/customer expectations, and interact with Product Owner and\/or sponsor on a regular basis as it relates to software and IT implementations Manage deliverables and forecasts on a regularly scheduled basis to project leadership and makes recommendations to improve project effectiveness Play an active supporting role to the Product Owner, especially with refining and managing the product backlog Bring visibility to the team on business goals and bring visibility to the business on scrum team\u2019s deliverables and challenges, whilst maintaining team\u2019s velocity Keys to Success At HSN, if you are Agile, Innovative, Pioneering, Dynamic, Boundaryless, Passionate, Customer-Centric, Collaborative, and Results-Focused, you will love it here! Must Haves Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related technology filed or equivalent work experience At least 7 years of relevant experience in the Technology field At least 2 years of relevant Agile\/project management experience leading Agile teams\u00a0 Experience driving and leading technology projects via agile methodology and frameworks; Scrum, Kanban, XP etc. Knowledge of embedded SDLC processes Proficient with Agile processes; story sizing, backlog management Experience with Agile project management tools; (i.e., TFS, JIRA, Version One or Rally)\u00a0 Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)\u00a0 Value proposition; knowledge of procedures used to demonstrate the ROI of the solution\u00a0 Understands the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development Knowledge of Agile techniques; User stories, Continuous integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pair Programming, Automated Testing, Agile Games Experience working with websites and applications that enable users to create and share content or to participate in social networking (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,, etc.) Ability to be flexible in a dynamic, changing and evolving environment while working independently with minimal support (Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of \u201cmust haves.\u201d) Nice to Haves Agile Scrum Master, CSM\/ PSM Certification is preferred Knowledge of digital commerce and eCommerce retail applications Why HSN HSN\u2019s unique blend of Retail, Television and eCommerce create a one-of-a-kind working environment.
