Job Description

The Sales & Revenue Operations Analyst, reporting to Head of Sales Operations and supporting Watson Advertising and The Weather Company Business to Business Sales organizations. This role will work directly to support the corresponding Leaders, Sales Operations to provide efficiency across forecasting, sales performance & analysis, sales systems support & enablement, sales program support, and overall sales management.

Responsibilities Assist the Leaders, Sales Operations with ongoing analytical, administrative and operational tasks to support the broader sales organizations

Work closely with Leaders, Sales Operations and Head of Sales Operations to further develop metrics, KPIs, analytics, and dashboards to provide performance measurement and drive business performance through deep business insight

Manage records, sales reports, sales dashboards, workflows, and sales process best practices Support and contribute to various projects and reporting requests

Manage and ensure sales reps are adhering to mandatory sales processes

Provide first line support of our sales platforms

Help Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and system enhancements and best practice sharing

Support development of sales and operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans

Ability to understand, create, and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate communication

Job Requirements:


Strong knowledge of and MS Office

2-4 years’ experience in sales/business operations/analytics/finance

Able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail/accuracy

Passion for data integrity, always finding ways to improve data quality and insights

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Highly analytical and able to extract business insights from analysis

Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly evolving business landscape

Humble attitude with a willingness to shift from high-level strategic thinking to stepping in and helping to drive implementation alongside functional teams

Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and detailed analysis

Finance experience with sales/revenue organizations required, including sales goal-setting, reporting on sales performance, analysis of compensation plans

Market research experience
