The Investment Management division is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join our team in Philadelphia. The Sales Support Representative must be able to research, analyze and process mutual fund firm, branch and representative sales data for distribution and retrieval. They will utilize the Sales Support software to provide clean and accurate data, along with support to internal clients. The Support Representative will also be required to assist with special projects for the distribution channels within the company.

Key responsibilities;

Analyze, research, and take necessary actions when reviewing daily data integrity reports.

Complete manual trade reassignments and rep consolidations on a daily basis and as needed.

Create and distribute daily / weekly/ monthly sales reports. Provide necessary reporting data for all Delaware users.

Retrieve sales information from various partner firms’ websites and integrate the data into our processing environment.

Update and construct simple databases using Excel and Access.

Upon request, complete ad hoc reporting for department contacts.

Assists with numerous data integrity projects and marketing support projects.

Support several types of daily balancing and reconciliation functions

Provide reconciliation analysis for various departmental functions.

Contact external firm partners to verify and identify incomplete transaction data.

Develop processes for new types of sales data the department may be required to support.

Support other departments within broker operations with Intermediary Oversight and Omnibus support.

Process work as assigned by the manager.

To be successful in this role you’ll need;

Industry related experience in financial services or sales organization is desirable.

Conduent / BNY systems experience highly desirable but not required.

Proficient transfer agent knowledge helpful.

Understanding of mutual funds processing is helpful.

Individual must possess excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to interact with various departments both internal and external.

Individual must be able to work in a team environment.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Individual must possess strong analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail is necessary.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Access, Word

BS / BA degree or at least 2 years relevant work experience.
