The sales recruiter will be responsible for the full life-cycle of recruiting: implementing comprehensive recruiting strategies to acquire top talent from entry level sales & service positions to senior level managers across the domestic United States. Develop talent pipeline through targeted industry and professional groups, universities, and career fairs. Manage RRD’s Sales Associate Development Program and partner with established Sales HR team to support successful onboarding of new employees. This position will be located in St. Louis, MO or Warrenville, IL.

Responsibilities:

Work is typically performed under no supervision, with only guidance about overall goals and objectives. Usually receive minimal to no guidance about how to complete work objectives. Must be able to define work based on evaluation of short term and long term goals of the department. Able to independently evaluate processes, identify areas of improvement, and incorporate in to overall work objectives.

Source and effectively recruit qualified talent to meet established business needs

Administer the pre-employment function, which includes recruiting and screening of applicants, facilitating the use of any temporary employment agencies and managing the job posting system for internal/external candidates in accordance with company and legal guidelines.

Ability to manage a high volume of open positions and screen candidates in a professional, efficient and effective manner.

Ensure diverse candidate pool is developed for consideration paying specific attention to identified underutilized job groups as identified through our AAP.

Work closely with Hiring Managers to help select the best candidates for each position

Establish and maintain strong business relationships with candidates.

Screen resumes and perform phone screens and virtual candidate interviews.

Determine applicant's viability for position based on work experience, behavioral answers, and overall fit for hiring team, department, and company. Write up and submit interview information of viable candidates to Hiring Managers.

Must be able to successfully close an offer and handle sensitive negotiations confidentially.

Work with approved external staffing vendors as appropriate.

Completes weekly employment activity reports.

Manage processes and electronic onboarding related to hiring candidates.

Maintain strong communication and open working relationships with hiring managers to understand the business objectives and team dynamics

Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Required Skills

Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 3 years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience.

3 years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Experienced recruiting through LinkedIn and other web-based sources

Knowledge of industry a plus.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to multi-task and have excellent follow-through skills.

Able to demonstrates ability to solve somewhat more complex problems by analyzing variables and applying appropriate solutions learned through experience and proficiency in understanding the job. Must be able to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately.

Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at level of detail required to resolve issues of moderate complexity.

Able to apply strong functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows or other technical tools in completing assignments. May require knowledge of or ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments.

Able to demonstrate continued expertise in the primary tools or applications used in completing daily work assignments.

Requires excellent communication skills with ability to state messages in a clear manner by using language that is easy for others to understand.
