Manager will manage the Sales Operations team to provide dependable, high

quality support to the Away From Home (AFH) Sales and Marketing teams, as well

as directly to customers and in some instances end users.  In this role,

you will define and manage critical sales processes, including lead management,

lead prospecting, new customer / broker onboarding, and standard customer

meeting procedures.  Additionally, the

Sales Operations team will be responsible for managing and addressing

questions/comments received by customers and end users while ensuring a

positive customer experience.

What you will do:

Manage the Sales Operations

team including defining the teams roles, coaching/developing team members,

and managing the work across the team on a day-to-day basis

Define and manage the process

for sales leads being captured, documented, and routed to appropriate

sales person to close

Act as central hub for end user

& customer intelligence and information in order to increase close

rate (e.g., managing Dun & Bradstreet database, etc.); be resourceful

in prospecting leads and understanding customers’ needs

Serve as point of contact for

AFH customer and end user inquiries, through management of both a Sales

Operations email account as well as inbound phone calls

Screen and evaluate applicants

interested in becoming commercial Keurig Authorized Distributors (KADs)

and communicate with the appropriate sales managers accordingly

Work with new KADs to complete

onboarding process requirements and documentation

Convert routine inbound product

pricing calls/questions into leads for the AFH Sales Channels

Diplomatically handle

challenging calls, including customer complaints

Manage standard customer

meeting procedures and assist in customer meeting logistics in Burlington,

MA office when necessary

Provide lead reporting to AFH

Sales and Marketing teams, including detail of close rate by initiative or

campaign

Communicate common

questions/comments received by inbound inquiries in order to improve

processes and customer experience

Assist with other Marketing and

Sales initiatives as necessary

Develop effective and

respectful relationships with all stakeholders

Bachelor’s Degree in Business,

Marketing or equivalent

Minimum 10 years of Sales or

Customer Marketing experience

Strong communication skills;

with ability to articulate effectively both verbally and in written form

and build relationships quickly

Experience with CRM system

(e.g., Salesforce or similar)

Experience managing a team

Proficiency in MS Outlook and

Excel

Ability to manage varying call

volume

Team player with a customer

service attitude

Ability to foster

cross-functional relationships, including with Supply Chain, Finance,

Marketing and Sales

Ability to uphold safety

standards, participate in continuous process improvement on the job, and

follow our manufacturing best practices

Ability to get along with

others, be punctual, and follow instructions

Ability to follow Keurig policies

and procedures as well as our values
