The Sales

Execution Manager is responsible for managing a group of district managers and

merchandising managers within a specific site or area to achieve maximum sales

volume and margin consistent with sales projections and goals.  Responsible for driving sales and profits

through maximizing market share.  Lead

the team in trade execution through the management of personal in designated

format.

 

Position Territory

This position

manages the team supporting our customers in the Tarrant, Johnson, Wise, Hill,

Dallas, Ellis, Parker and Denton County area and reports in to our Irving, TX

facility.

Position Responsibilities

Manage a

group of district managers and merchandising managers within specific site or

area.Achieve

maximum sales volume and margin consistent with sales projections and goals.Facilitate

the timely and complete resolution of customer inquiries.Staff, train,

educate, evaluate and develop a high performing team.Manage the

development of the market through maximizing community relationships.Develop and

maintain good company image in the trade and industry to achieve the Company’s

objectives for the overall growth and availability of DPSG products.Forecast and

deliver budgeted volume and profits.Develop local

incentives and keep team highly motivated.Act in the

best interest of the company and fellow employees at all times.Manage within

labor and OPEX budgetsDevelop,

negotiate and administer customer departments and pricing while maintaining

excellent customer relationships.Assist in

negotiation of company contracts.Promote and

maintain a safe work environment.Build highly

motivated and high performing team.Work closely

with distribution managers and warehouse managers to ensure the highest level

of customer service. Help develop

plans to grow and maintain market share.Conduct

weekly and or monthly meetings to guide team in achieving sales and margin

goals.

Bachelor’s

degree from an accredited institution and 5 years operations/sales experience

in the beverage or CPG industry OR High School Diploma /GED and 7 years

operations/sales experience in beverage or CPG industry5 years of

experience managing people5 years
