Functional Overview
 
Job Overview
Provide necessary support and assistance to the Distributor Sales Team with analysis and reporting, as well as facilitate Sales Team activities. Maintain tracking systems and tools; provide documentation and information. Assist with the administration and coordination of Sales and other related functions.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities

Support NOLA Distributor Sales by collecting information and conducting information analysis

Manage Non-Core innovation process. i.e. pipeline, pricing, PIEs, samples, sell sheet, innovation volume tracking

Use internal and external data sources for analysis and reporting

Support Senior Sales Manager in Special Projects. i.e. launching new brands, opening new markets

Support Telemarketing Operations on different capacities

Maintain distributor contracts

Act as liaison with our GBS Team in India

 

Distributor Sales Team Support

Provide Sales Materials and request samples based on business needs

Coordinate requests for special packs, and point of sales materials

Interpret volume data for customer presentations and business reviews

Tracking of in market price discounts in shoppers

 

Administrative Support

Manage monthly invoice payment through SAP. Serve as vendor point of contact for Account Statement status

Lead coordination and planning of Sales Meetings and calls, including bookings, catering and materials; coordinate monthly Staff Meeting

Assist Senior Manager with admin matters and tasks, i.e., calendar management, Power Point presentations, travel planning and reservations, expense reports,

Serve as back up for office management including receiving packages, mail pick up, routing incoming calls

Qualifications
Qualifications
BA/BS degree. Candidate has proven analytical skills and computer proficiency: advanced Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Bilingual.
 
Skills / Competencies Required
Excellent communication skills; Interpret and understand data; detail oriented; ability to function effectively in a team environment, and be able to operate independently; ability to multi-task; flexible with changing priorities and quick learner.
