Sales Consultant, Recruiting Services

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the entire sales process from start to close, and focuses on increasing Insperity Adjacent Business Unit (ABU) revenue by calling on prospective customers and following up on sales leads. Maintains relationships with existing customers to utilize as a source for referrals for other sales.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Calls on key prospective customers to explain the benefits and value of Insperity Recruiting Services.

Follows up on sales leads generated from a variety of sources.

Accomplishes sales goals determined through consultation with management.

Supports marketing efforts, including the development and execution of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.

Travels throughout the market area. Spends a majority of time outside of the office, meeting with prospects and customers for the purpose of selling Insperity Recruiting Services as a solution.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree preferred High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Two plus years of sales experience is preferred. Experience in staffing sales is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Demonstrated ability to generate and close sales and cultivate, build and keep customer relationships.

Methods and techniques used in persuasion of conflicts and problems; dealing constructively with conflict; communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, in a diverse range of audiences and settings; and maintaining effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.

Knowledge of Microsoft® Office is preferred
