Job ID: R-03030Position Overview:The SAP Plant Maintenance Data Specialist will have a working understanding of end-to-end master data processes and flows; assists with designing and implementing master data management solutions; provides system support and data quality governance for master data through data coordination and integration. The Specialist will conduct defined and basic testing and system validation to troubleshoot routine and non-complex issues related to master data management and system. Individual contributor representing the most common entry point for this career stream; works under direct supervision.Plant Maintenance Data Specialist will be a Super User with experience in SAP daily execution of the plant maintenance program. Maintenance Planning and Material Management experience. Ability to identify knowledge gaps and to develop and deliver training to End Users one-on-one or in groups is required.Function Specific Activities:Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Develop & maintain SAP PM routines and reports that support the Plant maintenance business strategy
Utilize SAP PM in the following:
Breakdown Maintenance
Preventive Maintenance
Calibration Process
Maintain and improve Material Management processes and work order kitting through timely monitoring, improving transactions and maintaining accurate Material Master Records and equipment master records.
First line of support to train End Users on their roles within SAP PM
Support the Maintenance Manager and coordinator for maintenance planning and scheduling.
Establish and maintain effective, accurate Technical System data within SAP PM, for example:

Task List (PM/Calibration instructions)
