Job Description

Trimble offers a unique opportunity for a skilled recent graduate to join the Trimble team in Operations. In this position, you will have the opportunity to use your academic experience and knowledge while rotating through 3-4 various functional areas within Operations. This Rotational Development program provides you vast development opportunities and great company exposure during a period of 2-4 years. This is a full-time, salaried position, with benefits.

This program is designed for self-motivated and career driven candidates, to develop them into future high potential Operation Management leaders that are actively contributing to the success of Trimble.

Rotation Development areas would generally include time spent in the following activities:

* Engage in daily tasks specific to departmental objectives

* Participate as a member of a project team and ensure the completion of project objectives

* Provide input on project vision and objectives

* Provide testing and performance analysis

* Develop, document and complete process documentation

* Coordinate the development and review of documentation

* Facilitate and participate in team meetings, providing input on team development and objectives

* Coordinate, facilitate and manage meetings

* Participate in rotation project that supports the greater success of Trimble

* Engage in activities specific to developing leadership qualities

* Actively pursue a network of Trimble colleagues

* Communicate effectively with a global employee base

Rotations would generally include time spent in 3-4 of the following development areas:

* Global Services Life Cycle Associate

* Product Ops: Buyer/Planner

* Product Engineering

* Finance Operations

* Supply Chain Operations

* Data Management/Information Systems

* Distribution & Logistics/Export/Import

* Engineering Services (must have an educational background in engineering)

* Quality Assurance

Education / Experience

* Bachelor or Master's Degree

* Must have graduated by date of hire or within a year prior

* 1 year internship or work experience preferred

* Must be willing to relocate during the rotation program, if needed.
