As a Sourcer on our Sales Recruiting team, you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of qualified sales, sales support and technical pre-sales talent to join Cisco Meraki. The primary focus of this role will be on finding and attracting the best of the best talent in the industry utilizing a variety of sourcing methods. Most important to your success will be strong sourcing techniques and interest in building a sales org. Well teach you the rest! You will be challenged to think outside of the box and create a comprehensive talent growth strategy. You will be newest member of the team tasked with building Ciscos fastest growing business unit that will provide you the opportunity to develop your career as a robust talent acquisition professional. This role is based in our San Francisco headquarters.

What you will do:

- Find top sales and technical pre-sales talent for Ciscos Cloud Networking Group

- Use of a variety of methods including cold calling, Boolean searches, leverage alumni groups, Linkedin, networking events, and other industry related tactics to solicit interest in our job opportunities

- Become the expert on where and how to attract the top sales and technical pre-sales talent in the industry

- Work cross-functionally with hiring managers and client facing recruiters to develop a candidate success profile and build a sourcing strategy

- Input, update and maintain all recruitment data and records using our proprietary applicant tracking systems

- Participate in the development of new sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent


- 1 years of direct sourcing experience; experience in sourcing technical talent a plus

- A good eye for talent and strong intuition gauging a candidates abilities and culture-fit

- Must be a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment

- Bachelors degree required
