Recruiting Manager','093757','USA-New York-New York','','!*!Description: The Recruiting Manager is responsible for key talent acquisition activities and initiatives for L3. The position will be responsible for establishing sourcing, branding, and job posting strategies and implementing enabling tools for the recruiters of the company. The Recruiting Manager will drive updates and improvements to the company’s applicant tracking system. The position will also chair the company’s Recruiting Council, a group of senior L3 recruiters who work together to recommend and implement new concepts, strategies, and tools for the L3 recruiting community. The Recruiting Manager will also perform the day-to-day recruiting functions for the headquarters office as well as Executive searches across L3’s business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop critical skills sourcing strategy (Engineering, Program Management, Business Development, Finance)

Develop and implement the branding, job posting and recruitment social media strategies for the corporation

Educate L3 recruiters on new strategies and tools

Manage key vendor relationships (existing and new)

Manage the Taleo Applicant Tracking System

Develop onboarding strategy and implement necessary tools

Establish, monitor and report key recruiting metrics

Perform full life cycle recruiting duties related to headquarter office openings (Audit, Finance, Business Development, IT, Administrative)

Perform executive searches for key L3 positions across the company

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred

Ten (10) years experience recruiting in a Corporate environment required Experience within a technology focused company preferred

Five (5) years experience managing recruiting function required

Demonstrated ability to establish and successfully drive recruiting strategies

Executive recruiting experience required

Minimum three (3) years Taleo administration experience required 

HRIS experience desired, SAP HCM experience preferred
