Recruiting Coordinator (High Tech Services)

The Recruitment Coordinator works closely with job candidates, recruiters, Community Outreach Coordinator and other human resources professionals in support of a business’ hiring needs. They typically manage the flow of candidates thorough the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to bringing new employees on board.

Representing ABM at job fairs, recruiting events and open houses is another responsibility of this position, including the preparation of information packets and the tracking of qualified job seekers’ contact information.

This position will often participate in meetings with the HR Generalist and assist in writing job postings and employment ads, and if needed will support the recruiter during interviews.

Job Duties

Perform qualified candidate searches according to relevant job criteria, utilizing multiple sources including but not limited to: Internet job boards, career events, internal employee network and external referrals

Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates

Conduct reference checks on applicants

Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection for employment

Responsible for the pre-employment and new hire orientation processes.

Assisting recruiters and hiring managers in the recruitment process by supporting with job descriptions drafting, job postings through various channels, gather interview feedback, facilitate interview feedback debriefing sessions on behalf of the recruiter, preparing new hiring packages.

Assist with the coordination of Job fairs and any Community events including all marketing information.

Participate as needed during job fairs on the weekends and or evenings

Expertise with Microsoft Suite, Google Applications, Google Calendaring, Outlook and applicant tracking systems.

Assisting with onboarding of new candidates to ensure a successful and positive experience

Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)

Ensure each candidate has a memorable experience when visiting our office

Maintaining reporting docs for metrics and recruiting activity on a daily/real time basis

Assist with inventories control and ordering supplies as requested

Collaborates and supports as needed the Talent/Development Manager and Safety EH&S Manager.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration preferred and or three years of Administrative Assistant or Office Coordinator

Bilingual (English and Spanish, preferred)

Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook mail, Excel)
