Must have experience in building and maintaining relationships with current and future candidates and maintain those contacts within a Client Relationship Manager database. The Retail Sourcing Partner must have a good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit and finding and building key talent communities to add to the retail management talent community at CVS Health.Must have a passion for CVS Health products and able to speak with knowledge about our industry. Must be able to source passive candidates and understand the industry and employment trends. Must be an effective communicator, written and verbal, in order to provide regular updates on sourcing activities to the recruiting team and hiring leaders on a consistent and regular basis.
