The Purpose of the Recruiter is to manage the full cycle recruiting process ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Full execution of the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, phone screens, interviews and interview coordination, communication with candidates and managers, and onboarding

Administers pre-employment testing

Maintains applicant tracking system

Manages background and drug screen process

Reports progress on assigned job vacancies regularly, communicates early warnings and provides feedback about the performance of the recruitment process

Develops and maintain pipeline of potential candidates

Attends recruitment events

Other human resources and system projects, as needed

Serves as employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and two years related experience in a Recruiting field.

Analytical Thinking (AT): Understanding a situation by breaking is apart into smaller pieces, or tracing the implications of a situation in a step-by-step way. Analytical Thinking includes organizing

the parts of a problem, situation, etc., in a systematic way; making systematic comparisons of different features or aspects; setting priorities on a rational basis; identifying time sequences, causal relationships or If-Then relationships.

Concern for Order (CO): Reflects an underlying drive to reduce uncertainty in the surrounding environment (e.g., desires order). It is expressed in such forms as monitoring and checking work or information, insisting on clarity of roles and functions, etc.
