Position Description: The Recruiter is responsible for understanding assigned recruiting work force planning needs, job requirements, and developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract and hire talent within agreed time frames.\r

Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure Applicant Tracking System is fully leveraged to sustainably capture resumes and other key information for mapped talent.Establish and maintain relationships with technical schools, colleges, military sources and other public organizations to seek and attract potential applicants.Develop networks with other external sources to continually improve opportunities for sourcing.Generate quarterly reports for discussions with the business on how to best leverage talent.Navigate social media and job boards to drive traffic from adjacent industries to our career-site.\r
Advisor:Develop and administer sourcing strategies for identifying and recruiting potential new hires. Goal is to optimize direct sourcing routes and to minimize spend on contingent or retained agencies.Act as a liaison to all sourcing contacts and vendors.Act as a strategic sourcing partner with HRBP’s.Become super user and expert on managing and training new users on Workday Recruiting (ATS).Provide recruiting best practices and guidance to other HR members when requested.Work with HR Business Partner to understand and follow compliance guidelines and the agreed Talent Acquisition process.\r
Recruiter:Kick off recruitment with hiring manager and HR business partners understanding open job requirements based on completed job description and to agree souring strategy and recruitment roles and responsibilities.Create successful candidate profiles and identify required job skills and competencies related to the position.Conduct screening of resumes and initial phone interviews and refer candidates for the next level of interviews.Coordinate first and second round interview schedules and associated communication to all stakeholders.Track candidate progress and provide weekly feedback reports to hiring managers for their recruitments and to HR owners on whole “book of business”.Meet monthly recruiting goals and milestones.\r
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field7-10 years’ experience with full cycle recruitingExperience in a high volume recruiting environmentExperience with behavioral and competency-based interviewing.Must adhere to Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action guidelines, as well as federal and state regulations in recruiting methods.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel.Resume database experience and experience working with major recruiting websites.Previous experience working in a corporate recruiting environment is preferred.Must be able to work independently, and have solid interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal skills, outcome and results oriented\r
