Real Estate Lease Specialist/Rented Real Estate General

The candidate will manage the administration of the lease process, including creating and reviewing lease documents, abstracting leases, and other real estate support documents; maintaining the lease database; generation of database reports, and tracking/reporting each lease transaction. Will work with the offices of the Legal and Compliance to ensure the appropriate legal and compliance documentation is developed and approved; to ensure the appropriate insurance requirements are satisfied. Facilitate the completion of all necessary tasks and documents to ensure a properly executed and compliant lease. Responsible for advising business units on the business terms of the lease and their financial impact. Work with key strategic real estates stakeholder departments such as Legal, Risk Mgmt., Finance, Compliance, Tax department, and others. Manage and perform due diligence work including; ludes: market studies and analysis; lease and property research; maintaining and developing relationships with external parties such as landlords and brokers: advising business units on business terms; compiling site surveys; coordinating approval process; working with the Legal department to ensure the appropriate legal document is developed and approved; run reports from the database. Act as liaison between various Business Units and the Real Estate team.
