provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. This position is responsible for problem solving, analysis, and various collections efforts within Wells Fargo Rail. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

_Essential Job Duties:_

Contacting customers and evaluating customer issues to determine details regarding disputes or non-payment

Working with departments throughout Wells Fargo Rail to resolve customer issues

Preparing special customer analysis when required

Providing information and consultation to senior management

Resolving complex problems or inquiries in regards to customer accounts

Ensure unit complies with government regulations and company policies

Handle various types of collections efforts such as for fixed rental bills, repair bills, freight bills, car hire, etc.

/Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements./

Required Qualifications:

2 years of accounting experience, operational accounting experience, or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications:

An AA/AS degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics

5 years of collections or customer service experience

Account analysis experience

Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets

Ability to meet stringent deadlines

Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in French/English

5 years of Oracle Financials experience

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Advanced Microsoft Word skills

Ability to research and resolve complex customer issues

Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
