Description: Job Description: Performs maintenance and maintainability in the repair depot level on\u00a0ELINT, ESM, ECM, SIGINT and Radar applications. Participate in the assembly and testing of modules and instruments within the repair depot.
Assists in the development of maintenance engineering and logistics support.
Plans and contributes to proposal efforts.
Troubleshoot and repair of field returns on ELINT, ESM, ECM, and SIGINT applications performing signal collection, direction finding, range monitoring and signal processing equipment and systems to the military and intelligence communities.
Using Digital, RF\/Analog test equipment, troubleshooting low performance specifications using schematics and layouts, modification of prototypes and retest until performance meets specifications, must be familiar working up to 500Mhz-40 Ghz
Should be familiar with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators,\u00a0function generators, power meters, DC supplies
Develop and maintain work instructions and test\u00a0procedures as they relate to the Repair Depot.
Performs automated production testing and makes final adjustments to, or inspection of, product when required
Interfaces with other Technicians and Engineers to\u00a0resolve problems\u00a0
Assists with the development of repair processes\u00a0and procedures\u00a0
Performs other duties and special projects as\u00a0assigned
Receive and document field returns through established processes Qualifications: Bachelor\u2019s Degree and 10 years directly related experience, OR, Master\u2019s Degree and 8 years directly related experience in RF Testing\/Analyzing\/Troubleshooting circuitry down to the card\/component level; 15 years of experience testing and integrating Microwave Receiver Systems and Digital Signal Processing
Experience with systems integration, including RF, IF, Video, Analog and Digital
Experience conducting system level RF path testing and performance measurements
Prior experience working with both QA and Manufacturing Engineering to resolve integration problems
Solid understanding of signal processing as used in ELINT, SIGINT to include pulse and video analysis as applied in radar environment
Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills)
Experience with RF test equipment and logic analyzers Preferred Additional Skills: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
