Responsible for leading and directing the staff responsible for performing the quality analysis for the Retail Payment Solutions Cardmember Service department. Specifically by:Monitoring and evaluating the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards. Documenting quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review. Providing information to assist in giving feedback to employees and in the training of employees. Ensuring proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.  QualificationsBasic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience- Five to eight years of operations experience in the financial services industry- Three or more years of supervisory/management experiencePreferred Skills/Experience - Advanced knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures   for the assigned area- Broad understanding and practical application of applicable laws and   regulations- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, customer relations,   organizational, managerial and project management skills- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously- Proficient computer skills, utilizing Microsoft Office applications in a Windows    based environment.
