Primary Responsibilities:Respond to Consultant Requests for Information (RFIs) Collaborate with SMEs to obtain a response for non - standard content requiring additional information Submit new and updated content into the proposal database in a timely manner for future inclusion in RFPs Identify appropriate usage of content for both technical responses and areas where simplified content is necessary Incorporate persuasive writing in applicable responses to effectively sell pharmacy products / services / capabilities Ensure style guide and branding guidelines are utilized in all proposal content Collaborate with various proposal team members to respond within the timelines defined by internal customers Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated understanding of PBM terminology 2 years of experience with proposal - development processes and project management 3 years of experience working in a fast - paced and dynamic team environment where tight time frames and strict deadlines are the normPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in English or Journalism Experience working with a Proposal Content Database, QvidienCareers with Optum.
