Hasbro’s US Sales Planning Team has an immediate need for a talented Project Manager for our Specials and Exclusives growing business. The Specials and Exclusives Project Manager is responsible for the supply chain process relating to the US Specials and Exclusives business for all accounts, with a keen focus on key account programs. The responsibility begins with item set up and extends through to shipping, on time, per customer’s requirements. The US Specials & Exclusives business is a multi-million business and approximately 30% of the total planning material count, in the US.




Project Management: As early as the concept stage of a Trade Merchandising Organization designed pallet, display, or PDQ; or a new development item from Global Brand Team; or a solid pack iteration of a mainline assortment, the position tracks project progress, works with all necessary departments to resolve supply side issues, as well as updates Sales on project status and resulting timelines.

o Drives the process to determine the item availability between Demand and Operations Planning

o Lead a Specials & Exclusives monthly meeting with Trade Merchandising Organization, Sales, Operations Planning, Demand Planning

 Update all modifications made during the meeting and follow up with all groups affected by the change

 Participate in the biweekly Trade Merchandising Initiative updates to obtain current and future project details (additions & modifications)

o Manage, develop, implement and a Specials & Exclusives tracking document which will be the source of communication utilized amongst all Hasbro’s Systems

 Validate exclusives, pallets and display forecasts and ship dates

 Verify HDM initial set up, and update as necessary with the latest weighting, versions, components, price, case pack, etc.

o Monitors deadlines, work to mitigate schedule challenges and alert all groups (VPs, Directors & Managers) that customer requirements cannot be met

o Work closely with Sales to ensure import and domestic purchase orders are placed within lead time requirements and work with HFE, Operations Planning, Demand and Flow for options when the customer process presents a challenge

o Owns the management of timely release of product to Logistics / outside vendors (Timbar, etc) for two different pack outs locations (Chino California & Savannah Georgia) to meet specific customer aspects of how the product is shipped (for the development of pallets, displays, etc.)





o Bachelor of Science Business/Supply Chain Management

o 3 – 5 years of Supply Chain experience required

o Proven experience in project management



o Excellent Project Management, Planning and mathematic experience

o Strong analytical, process and workflow skills

o Collaboration and partnership with internal customers

o Advanced Excel, Access Milestone and SAP experience

o Well-developed communication and influential interpersonal skills

o Strategic thinker and detail oriented

o Organizational and Multitasking skills

o Self-Motivator

o Ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment, and be highly organized
