Project Manager for Contracts and Supply Chain Operations Raytheon Corporate Contracts and Supply Chain Operations is looking for a Project Manager for process and/or technology related key strategic initiatives. As Project Manager, this candidate will be responsible for planning, documenting requirements, process mapping, facilitating user acceptance testing, developing communication plans, creating training, managing project budgets , serve as lead between functional teams and Information Technology and frequently brief to Contracts and Supply Chain leadership. The incumbent will report to the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Business Operations and will be located in one of the following locations Tewksbury, MA ,Waltham, MA, Marlboro, MA, Andover, MA, McKinney, TX, Tucson, AZ, El Segundo, TX or Dulles, VA. Description of Duties: Project Manager for multiple enterprise initiatives and solutions deployed to Raytheon businesses and staff worldwide Execute and lead Project Management activities across the enterprise Plan and coordinate requirements gathering and definition workshops Develop, manage and maintain functional specification documents Serve as the customer to IT to ensure Business requirements are met Provide the Supply Chain and Contracts community with foundational training, communication plans and change management for enterprise applications Develop functional sustainment plans for all initiatives Manage budgets associated with initiatives Use innovation skills to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems Collaborate cross functionally Required Skills: 8 years of combined experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, Contracts and Supply Chain Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills Coordination skills to synchronize activity across the company Ability to self-manage to achieve objectives Proven experience influencing without authority Experience in presenting findings and recommendations to leadership in conjunction with direct management Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Desired Skills: Expertise with Supply Chain and/or Contracts execution and practices Knowledge of Supply Chain and Contracts business tools Required Education: 8 years of experience and a Bachelors’ Degree in Business and/or Information Technology or related field Or 6 years of experience with related Master’s degree 112617
