The Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple complex and cross-functional projects.  The cross-functional teams may include domestic and international team members from Enterprise Technical Support (ETS), Infrastructure Service Group (ISG) and / or Technology Solutions Group (TSG).  This role is responsible to represent Enterprise Technical Support (ETS), Infrastructure Services Group (ISG), overall project coordination, staffing, status reporting, stability and delivery of high quality work efforts for their work and work that they oversee.

The key objectives include: Setting and managing all stakeholder expectations towards successful project completion, meeting financial, schedule, and scope targets; Leading project teams utilizing appropriate methodologies as outlined in the enterprise project lifecycle processes; Enhancing process and procedures where needed, and increasing levels of maturity and capability for the organization’s project management.

Specific Areas of Responsibility:

Ensures all projects are delivered on time and within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer and stakeholder expectation

Understands project objective, business and customer impacts, and provides context to ETS/ISG project team members to ensure alignment of priority and critical decisions throughout the project lifecycle

Evaluates and effectively communicates project progress results, risks, issues, and needs

Establishes role expectations for all ISG project team members, and provides performance feedback to resource managers of all project resources

Lead scope and assess work (shape an idea/request into a proposal, business cases, presentation for funding)

Coordinate and lead delivery of support team’s work within the technology tower, and sometimes across technology towers for work that spans multiple projects

 Assignments include:  project manager role for all project delivery teams across IT (ETS / ISG / TSG), Cigna Information Protection, and business units including coordination of testing, training, and production implementation checkout.  ','!*!Qualifications:

6 years of IT work experience; Four or more years managing infrastructure projects in a management, supervisory or team lead capacity; Four or more years managing infrastructure projects with team members located in different countries

Exemplary Project Management skills including scope management, change management, capacity planning, project scheduling and tracking documents.  Project Management certification preferable (PMP, Six Sigma or equivalent)

Demonstrated experience in developing solid working relationships and establishing a high level of credibility across global cultures, functions and lines of business and infrastructure domains (voice and data networks, contact and service center, data center infrastructure and operations, information security and protection)

Strong communication skills including obtaining buy-in for ideas,  driving project implementation, presenting progress, risks and impacts to various levels of the organization within a multi-functional, multi-national organization
