Job Description: Forest, MS Operations Finance is seeking a high-energy finance professional to join our organization. Finance team is responsible for operations support, cost/schedule control and analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), Forecasting, Estimate at Completion (EAC), analyzing and presenting financial information to customers and management. Primary responsibilities are to drive the finance process for a family of programs, monitor program health, and partner with internal and external customers to improve financial transparency and accuracy. Required Skills: 0-1 year of finance experience Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance 3.0 GPA or higher Desired Skills: Experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry Experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with SAP Financials and/or SAP MRP Understanding of EVMS, Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and EAC concepts Strong system or technical capacity Organizational, prioritization, analytical, and problem solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field of study 115006
